Would you like to be a sponsor? Sponsorship of the Word Writers gets you bonus advertising and promotion of your business. The Word Writers is run by Wombat Books/Even Before Publishing as an event to connect authors and promote local Australian talent. We do not ask for any donations. Your sponsorship would relate directly to the advertising you receive and is not a donation. It will be invoiced as advertising.
Basic sponsorship (for editors/self-publisher/small publishers who are attending):
Flyers in delegate bags (Approximately 150)
Author signings allowed - limited numbers so advise us early. Please contact us for information and send a photo and information about the author to include on the website and powerpoint presentation on the day.
1 delegate attendance included.
Cost: $88.00 (inc GST)
Please send details for the delegate who will attend and flyers must be received by the 30th of October.

You still receive a delegate bag posted to you, with your choice of free book as per attendees.

For certain groups (not-for profit/ministry/writing groups) the flyers only are FREE. Please email use if you wish to have this. (You will not receive a bag or choice of free book in this case).

Listing of sponsors on website and in selected advertising
1 Free delegate included OR discounted rate on members attendances at the door (subsidised by sponsorship rate is $50 instead of $65 at the door). This is suitable for businesses or groups sending a number of people or larger writing groups.
Banner displayed in foyer.
Cost: $121.00 (inc GST)
High-level sponsorship (for larger editing or publishing related companies)
Everything as per the basic sponsorship, except in addition:
A total of 2 delegates attendance PLUS discounted attendance for other members.
Printed logo on next year's printed flyers and advertising material
Cost: $220.00 (inc GST)
Please email us your logo, website link, details for the delegate who will attend and confirmation of a banner. Flyers must be received by the 30th of October. Please email your information to include in the powerpoint rotating presentation to us by the 15th of October. Logo for future print advertising can be sent after the event.
